Madeleine Taghon is a 9th grader at Quest to Learn High School in New York City and a second-year HSA
Prep student. She enjoys creating visual art pieces that evoke conversation and discussion. While drawing
with pencil on paper is her first love, she recently began utilizing technology in her work, especially
Photoshop, which has changed how she sees and thinks about the process of creating her art. Madeleine is
currently working on a piece on canvas for an upcoming group show at the Curtiss Jacob Gallery.
