Archive and Steidl Library inquiries and research appointments:
The Gordon Parks Foundation welcomes researchers to the archive by appointment only. Please note that appointments are intended for research use rather than general browsing. Appointments are typically scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance, as availability allows. We ask that researchers share the specific materials they hope to view when submitting an appointment request.

Image licensing and reproduction requests:
To request permission to reproduce or publish work by Gordon Parks:
1. Complete the Image Reproduction and Usage Form, filling in all required fields (contact information, item details, intended use, and publication/distribution information).
2. Email the completed form to usage@mkfound.org.
If you have difficulty downloading the form, email us at usage@mkfound.org and we will send it to you. Inquiries are typically answered within seven days of receipt.
