Tiana Schippa is a junior photography major at Purchase College. Adopted from China as a baby and raised in New York, Tiana is curious about her own identity.  She has recently started to further question and develop her identity as an Asian American raised by Caucasian parents.  Tiana is currently working on a mix of family images and paperwork documenting her adoption.  For her senior project, Tiana hopes to interview other Asian adoptees, asking for their stories about how they identify themselves.  Tiana hopes to create a collection of images that showcase a diverse group of adopted Asian Americans and voice their narrative.
