Kahdeem Prosper Jefferson was born in 1994. As an infant he drew on the walls, an early sign that he would become an artist. In his adolescent years Prosper started taking photography courses, soon after he developed a passion for the art. He first attended Howard university where grew as a person, but ultimately felt he was living someone else’s dream. After two years, Prosper decided it was time to take his destiny into his own hands. Through his education he begins to understand the power of the camera and how it impacts history and life as we know it.
